Forlì Fairs
Each conference area is made up of three adjoining modules, separated by sliding partitions:
The first module represents the foyer and check-in area, 400m2, furnished at the organizer’s discretion.
The second module in the central area, is the most flexible; it can be furnished to accommodate an audience, left open as a show room, or transformed into an inviting dining hall for a brunch buffet.
The third module represents the room’s minimum capacity, seating 350 and including a spacious platform.
For business meetings and small conventions Forlì Fair offers smaller rooms to accomodate 80-120, fully equipped for either traditional or multimedia presentations.
Every room is provided with a small lobby for setting up a reception.
